1. No Refund Policy
- No Refunds: Once the service has been rendered, payments made are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the service provided.
- Reason for Policy: As a service-based business, we charge for the time, labor, and expertise provided, regardless of the outcome.
2. Service Warranty

30-Day Service Warranty:
- If the same problem recurs within 30 days of the repair, we will address the issue at no additional labor cost.
- Warranty applies only to the original issue and does not cover new or unrelated problems.

Exclusions:
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling of the appliance or HVAC system after the service.
- Warranty is void if the appliance is serviced or tampered with by a third party during the warranty period.
3. Additional Charges
- Other Work: Any repairs or issues outside the scope of the original service, even if discovered within the 30-day warranty period, will be treated as a new job and charged accordingly.
