At Kumar Repair, we strive to deliver high-quality home appliance repair and installation services to our customers across Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled for our services.


🔹 1. Service Booking & Confirmation

  • Once you book a service through our website, WhatsApp, or phone (+91 9891407469), our team will confirm your appointment via call or message.

  • Service charges or advance payments (if any) are collected to confirm your booking and schedule a technician visit.


🔹 2. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel your service request within 1 hour of booking without any cancellation charge.

  • After Technician Assigned: If a technician has already been assigned or is en route, a minimum visit charge will apply to cover travel and inspection costs.

  • Same-Day Cancellation: For same-day bookings, if you cancel after the technician arrives, the visit charge is non-refundable.

🔹 3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Customers can reschedule the service time up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit without any extra charge.

  • Rescheduling after the technician has been dispatched may incur a revisit fee depending on distance and timing.


🔹 4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases only:

✅ If the technician is unable to provide the requested service due to a technical limitation or part unavailability, and no work has been done, the advance amount will be refunded in full.
✅ If payment was made in advance but the appointment was cancelled by Kumar Repair, the full amount will be refunded.

Non-refundable situations:
❌ Visit charge after inspection is non-refundable.
❌ Payment for completed or partially completed repair/service work is not eligible for a refund.
❌ Spare parts or components once installed cannot be returned or refunded.


🔹 5. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Refunds are made through the same payment mode used at the time of booking (e.g., UPI, card, bank transfer).


🔹 6. Service Warranty & Follow-up

  • All services provided by Kumar Repair come with a limited service warranty as informed during the visit.

  • In case of the same issue reoccurring within the warranty period, our technician will revisit and rectify the problem free of charge.

  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, mishandling, or power issues.
